Girl I’m gonna Miss You gave the title to the biggest successuful material by the Germany group Milli Vanilli. The song reached the peak position at #1 on Billboard Hot 100 and was very popular to the rest of the world. The album, with other songs like Baby Don’t Forget My Number and Blame It On The Rain, made them to win a Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 1990. This material was released on March 7, 1989. People remember this group because the their producer, Frank Farian, declared that their singers, Rob Pilatus and Fab Morvan didn’t sing any of the singles into this album. After that, the Grammy was withdrawn few days later. Rob Pilatus was found dead due to a drug abuse in 1998. The other singer, Fabrice Morvan released a solo album titled Love Revulition in 2003 where he dedicated a song It’s Your Life to Pilatus. At the beginnning of this year, he announced that the producer, Kim Marlowe, was working on a motion picture based on his life.
