The storytell The Grinch is one of the well known characters for Christmas Times. The one was created in 1966 for an animated television special that was directed by Chuck Jones. The program was inspired on the homonymous children’s book by Dr. Seuss. The success guaranteed two sequels premiered in diferent years and a soundtrack LP.
This musical material included 25 singles which the most popular song is You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch that was written by Theodor “Dr. Seuss” Geisel. The christmas song was performed by Thurl Ravenscroft.
This storytell also inspired a film directed by Ron Howard and starred Jim Carrey who performed that song in this live-action animated movie.

Christmas Canon became so popular and it was inspired of the famous piece Canon in D Major by the composer Johann Pachebel.
