He also was CEO of a company (Roc-A-Fella Records). Billboard ranked the song as the most important R&B/Hip-Hop song in 2001. R. Kelly and Jay-Z have worked together several times with a great success. In 2003, they launched the album Kingdom Come which sold 680,000 copies in its first week.
