In My Place has back to music charts after it was re-released a live recording from Glastonbury Festival 2011 to digital download. The song was originally included in the second album by Coldplay in 2002. In My Place won a Grammy Awards for Best Rock Performance by a Duo Group with Vocal at next year.

The successful single was co-written Chris Brown, Will Champion, Jonny Buckland and Guy Berryman. The lyrics has been acclaimed for its deep message that talks, according to the same Brown, about how you need accept yourself and how you are threw into this world.

Coldplay is working now in their fifth studio record which is expected to be released in Autumn 2011. The title of this new album hasn’t been revealed yet but the band has already shown the lead single, “Every Teardrop is a waterfall” last month.

While they finished their new work, the band continues performing along Europe and Asia.

Parachute was the debut album by Coldplay that was released in 2000. This material included other hits like Yellow, Trouble and Shiver. The successful album won the 2001 Best British Album and Best Alternative Music Album of the Year (2001) on Grammy Awards. In 2001, the band released Don’t Panic that has returned into Charts this week. This song also was included on Coldplay’s EP, The Blue Room. Today the band has announced that Chris Martin will be performing at Neil Young’s Annual Bridge School Benefit on October 24th and 25th at the Shoreline Amphitheater in San Francisco, CA. The tickets for this event will be on sale next September 20th on ticketmaster.com. Other special guets are Jimmy Buffett and Adam Sandler.
