Born in the U.S.A. is a heartland rock by Bruce Springsteen who released it into the self-titled album on October 30th, 1984. The song generated a little bit of controversy due it was considered like a nationalistic song. The one talked about the effect of the Vietnam War on Americans, however the single was popular in different countries around the world. The album received a certified Gold  and multi-certified Platinum by RIAA too. Other popular songs into this material were: Cover Me, I’m on Fire, Dancing in the Dark, Bobby Jean, No Surrender and Darlington County. This year he won a Golden Globe Award for Best Original song for The Wrestler, an eponymous song from the movie with self-title. Last month, Springsteen released Working on a Dream his 16th studio album.
