This song is also known like The Ballad of Mack the Knife. Mack the Knife made part of The Threepenny Opera that it was premiered in Berlin in 1928. This single became so popular when it was recorded by Booby Darin in 1958. It reached the peak position number one at Billboard Hot 100 and number six into Black Singles Chart. This ballad won a Grammy Award as Best Record of the Year and appears as #251 into Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Songs Of All Time. Bobby Darin born in the Bronx, New York. His genres were the rock and roll, pop, folk and big band. He died when he was only thirty seven old after having developed a blood poisoning when he was taking a medication prescribed by a dentist. He was an actor too, his last film was Happy Mother’s Day, Love George in 1973.
