 Take On Me was ranked at #24 on VH1′s Greatest Songs of the 1980s. The song was certified Gold in UK in 1985 and ten years later in Germany. It was a hit in charts like: Austrian, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian Swedish, Swiss and U.S. Singles Charts. With this song, A-ha won five MTV Video Music Awards for Best Direction, Most Experimental Video, Best Concept Video, Best Special Effects and Viewer’s Choice. The whole album sold more than 10 million copies around the world. A-ha is a band from Norway which is active since 1982. This year, they have announced a South America tour which will include Brazil and Chile in March: 25th March (Sao Paolo, Brazil) March 26th (Rio De Janeiro, Brazil) and 28th March (Santiago, Chile).
